Our Digital Growth Marketing Program is an on-going engagement with the Solid Digital team to help improve an organization’s Digital Value. Program cycles operate on a 3-month schedule with the following sessions:
4-Hour Strategic Worksession (Kick-off / Month 1)
The Digital Growth Kick-off and Strategic Worksession is intended to be a 4 hour, in-person meeting to define the established business objective, key performance metrics (KPM’s) and the action items we believe are the best chances at improving the numbers. The goal during this meeting is to define a company’s Digital Value and walk away with a fully defined Digital Growth® plan for the first 3-months.
At this time we will also schedule out our future monthly status calls, and the next strategic work session.
1-Hour Status Call (On-going Monthly)
The Digital Growth Monthly Status Call is intended to be a 1-hour call. The goals during this meeting are to review the previous month’s action items, progress, and recalculate the current Digital Value.
Quarterly Worksession (On-going Quarterly)
The Digital Growth Quarterly Worksession is intended to be a 2-3 hour session. The goal during this meeting is to review the current quarter’s progress and brainstorm actions to be taken during the next 3 month cycle to help influence Digital Growth.
We believe our Digital Growth Program is a great way for teams to get aligned and create effective strategies for digital activities.
