To compete, organizations are sent a survey that employees fill out grading the enterprise in areas like communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, retention, and more.
Having our team participate in the survey allows us to see how we are doing at both the company and industry level. It gives us insight on what we are doing well, areas where we need to improve, and an overall understanding of how our team is doing.
